KTWV-FM GENERIC CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
You must be at least 18 years old or older with a valid California ID and U.S. Social Security number at the date and time a contest is played and be a resident of one of the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura, San Bernardino or Riverside.
Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win a KTWV-FM contest only once every sixty days and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per household is permitted per contest. Employees of KTWV-FM, its licensee, its parent corporations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
KTWV-FM is not responsible for phone or internet malfunctions.
All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. No purchase necessary. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.
All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of KTWV-FM, 5670 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 200 Los Angeles CA 90036. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. KTWV-FM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
Winner agrees to release the station, its licensee, its parent corporations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and representatives from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
Any winner who receives one or more prizes with a combined value of $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to execute a release form and a Form W-9, and will be issued a Form 1099 for the fair market value of the prize. The winner will be required to provide valid picture ID and social security card.
To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, KTWV-FM is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking.
Unless we inform you otherwise, contest prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
KTWV-FM has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.
KTWV-FM reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value and requires contest winners to sign a winner release form for prizes valued at $600 or more.
Decisions of station management with respect to contests are final.
KTWV-FM, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.
KTWV-FM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
Official contest rules are available from KTWV-FM during normal business hours.
KTWV-FM reserves the right to amend or clarify contest rules at any time. |
